How We Process Your Refund
- Please contact us and return it within 14 days.
- Each item is imported and shipped directly from various countries, and shipping costs may occur for refunds depending on weight and volume.
- We refund the cost of the returned merchandise, minus a $7.95 return shipping & handling fee, as soon as we receive and process the return shipment. We will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed on our end. Refunds are in the form of original payment, so please note that your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
Can I return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
1. No. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags attached with the hygiene sticker intact where applicable.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, beauty products, underwear, event and party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets). We cannot offer refunds on cosmetics if the hygiene seal has been broken.
3. Items marked as non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned.
Important Notice:
Please do not include non-our items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.
Refunds
1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment, as selected by you.
Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
2. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Service within 30days from your date of purchase.
OUR RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS
Quickly and easily return your item(s) through our Returns Portal! Only US customers will be able to purchase a return shipping label but the returns portal is open to all customers. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a The Fashion Mecca gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. To receive your store credit more quickly, use the prepaid return label option in our Returns Portal below!
